Not able to port to mocha cable boxes with IP address that starts with 29.
Francisco Fuentes - Wed 11/04/2018 17:26:30 CEST +0200
Hello, I am a technical support representative for spectrum and we use kitty to log into cable boxes to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, we are getting cable boxes with an IP address that starts with 29.. Unfortunately, we are not able to log in and it makes our effectiveness on our job. Is there any possible solutions for this situation?

I, too, am a rep for tech support for Spectrum that is having a very similar problem with accessing MOCA boxes that originate from NY (primarily). It used to be that the STB's from NY would register with an IP address starting with 10... etc, but lately, they have been re-registering through reboots with IP's that begin with 29. and have not been allowing us to connect/remote in as before. Is there a workaround fix for this issues?
