Cannot find cthelper.exe

Hi,
I have been googling for a while, but all I can find are posts like
a) cthelper.exe slowing/killing my system
b) "dll fix sites" with questionale reputation
c) how do I point my kitty to cthelper.exe

But no download. Please help.

Found it out myself. Actually, "PuTTYCyg patch for Cygwin 1.7" is not really a patch.
It contains addon stuff including cthelper.exe
Sorry, but this is not really clever.
