passing a session file to kitty on startup

I have created multiple Session configurations for the type of service I am login into. Via vbs script I pass the host name and would also like to pass a session file name. Example greyblackgreen. The file predominately has colour changes from many others. Example would be used for Development and another session configuration for QA and again another for Production.

Currently I start kitty with kitty.exe hostname. I would also like to be able to pass the session name.

Any suggestions?
