Port knocking don't work

Good day! I defended SSH with the help of port knocking, set up a connection in the KiTTY, add in Connection - Port knocking sequence like 10001:tcp, 3777:udp. However, when connected, the kitty does not knock on ports mentioned above. What am I doing wrong?
