Export sessions from files to registry

Is there any way to copy sessions from files created by portable versions to registry and in oposite direction?

Yes you can use -convert-dir command-line option.

Since author asked about both ways - it is all described in command line options help page (accessible from home page.)
-convert-dir: registry to directory
-convert-reg: directory to registry

as it's the right section for search for it. I spend a lot of time searching for it, and I never see it!
